Join us on campus for talks, tours, exhibitions, and events that cover every aspect of student life and show you what makes 蘑菇传媒 such a great place to study and live.
Throughout the day, you'll find staff and current students ready to help you find your way around campus and suggest things to see and do while you're here.
Throughout the day, you'll be able to meet lots of current students.
Look for the people wearing the red 'Student Ambassador' T-shirts. They're the best people to ask about what studying and living here is really like. They'll answer your questions, point you in the right direction, and share their experiences of belonging at 蘑菇传媒.
While you're here, you can visit some of our student accommodation on campus. It's a great opportunity to see where you could live in your first year of university.
Our current students and staff will show you around, so feel free to ask them about life at 蘑菇传媒.
During the day, you can get an idea of what it's like to study a course.
Academic staff deliver subject talks and taster lectures, give demonstrations, and run tours of learning spaces and department facilities.
Our general talks cover:
Visit academic department stands and learn about admissions, sports, accommodation, and funding. You can also talk to students and staff about courses, facilities, and services.
As a 蘑菇传媒 student, you鈥檒l automatically be part of The SU.
At the Open Day, you can visit The SU building and The Edge arts space, meet students from some of The SU's many groups and societies, and learn about the different things you can get involved in at 蘑菇传媒.
Visit the Library, at the centre of campus, to see the study spaces and learn about the services and facilities available.
When you study at 蘑菇传媒, you can use the STV whatever your level or ability.
On Open Days, you can join regular guided tours of the facilities, like the:
You're welcome to bring as many guests as you like to an Open Day.
There's plenty you and your guests can see around campus together, including the:
You can also attend talks and tours throughout the campus. You can only bring one guest with you to each talk or tour. This is so that as many people as possible can get into our most popular sessions.
What to do if you're organising a school or group visit to one of our Open Days.
We don't have a system for group registration.
If you'd like to arrange for a group of students to come to an Open Day, please make sure they register their interest and book onto an event themselves.
